2D CAD Layout
A simple two dimensional design that plots your building space and gives a basic overview of furniture, equipment, facilities, meeting space, department placing and circulation routes.
3D Visualisation
Taking the two dimensional design we can convert your space into 3D reality, taking views from anywhere in the office to give you a real feel for how the newly refurbished office will look in real life. At this stage we can easily change the colour of your walls, carpet and furniture to demonstrate how the aesthetics of your office will be.
3D Walkthrough
From the still imagery of the 3D Visualisation we can create a walkthrough of your office so that you can begin to assess the office from all angles. Within the walkthrough, decisions can be much easier taken on the style and design of the furniture, are the meeting rooms, print areas, storage etc in the correct place?
In summary, it enables you to sign off the design with confidence.
Product and Finish Boards
Our design team will create product and finish boards with ideas on carpet, wall coverings, paint finishes, wood finishes, metal finishes, partition systems, furniture systems.
The boards are created as a discussion point to gather your opinions, likes and dislikes again to ensure that you are an important part of the decision process in creating your perfect office.
